Terms of Service

1. Guidance only — no guarantee

Nadi AI provides engineering-grade, verifiably accurate KP (Krishnamurti Paddhati) computation. The computation is offered as guidance for your reflection. It is not a guaranteed prediction of any outcome, and no astrological method can promise certainty about future events. You acknowledge and accept this when you use the service.

2. Not professional advice

The guidance provided is not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, or other qualified advice. For decisions in those areas you should consult a suitably qualified professional. You remain solely responsible for the decisions you make.

3. Eligibility — 18 years or older

You must be 18 years of age or older to use Nadi AI. By confirming at login, you represent that you are at least 18 years old. Where data about another person is submitted, the person whose birth data is used is the data principal, and the submitter must have the authority to provide it.

4. Fees and liability

Where you engage a paid consultation, our liability in connection with that consultation is framed by reference to the fees you have paid for it, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions you take based on the guidance provided.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, you waive claims against Nadi Oracle and Pratiiksha Raj for decisions you make based on the analysis; total liability (if any) is limited to fees paid.

5. Accuracy of the information you provide

The fidelity of your chart depends on the accuracy of the birth details you provide. You are responsible for providing an accurate date, time, and place of birth. We are not responsible for outcomes arising from inaccurate information supplied to us.

6. Reschedule policy (no monetary refund)

Consultations are reschedule-only: there are no monetary refunds, and the sole remedy is rescheduling to a free slot at your requested time, keyed to at least 24 hours' notice (a request within 24 hours, or a no-show, forfeits the slot). As a safety-valve, if the practice cancels, or if no mutually-acceptable alternative slot can be agreed within a reasonable window, you receive a credit, or — only then — a refund.

7. Your data

How we handle your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of your agreement with us when you use the service.

8. Remedy & outcome limitation

Nature of the service. Nadi Oracle / Nadi AI provides KP (Krishnamurti Paddhati) astrological analysis and traditional, advisory remedies and guidance for reflection. It does not provide, and does not claim to provide, medical, legal, financial, or psychological services, and makes no guarantee of any predictive or remedial outcome.

No guaranteed outcome; results vary. Astrological predictions and remedies are inherently uncertain and depend on numerous factors outside the practice's knowledge or control. Remedies are classically associated with certain matters in tradition and are not represented as causing any result. Results differ between individuals; no result is typical, assured, or promised.

No refund or liability on non-materialisation. Where a prediction does not come to pass, or a remedy does not produce a hoped-for result, no refund is due and no liability arises on that basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law (including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019), the Client releases and waives any claim against Nadi Oracle and Pratiiksha Raj arising from reliance on the analysis, predictions, or remedies; any liability that cannot be excluded by law is limited to the fees paid for the specific consultation concerned.

Acceptance. The Client accepts this clause before receiving any remedy or guidance, and this acceptance is recorded.

8a. Security & third-party cyber-attack

Our security commitment. We take the security of your information seriously and apply reasonable, industry-standard safeguards — encryption of your data in transit and at rest, strict "least-privilege" access controls so only you can see your data and only your practitioner can act on it, server-side verification of every privileged request, and storage of your data on servers located in India — consistent with the Information Technology Act, 2000 (§43A) and our Reasonable Security Practices policy.

No system is perfectly secure. Despite these measures, no website, server, or online system anywhere can be guaranteed to be 100% secure or completely immune from criminal attack. This is true of every online service, and we tell you so plainly.

Limitation for criminal cyber-attacks. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law (including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019), Nadi Oracle and Pratiiksha Raj are not liable for any loss or damage arising from a criminal third-party cyber-attack, unauthorised access, hacking, malware, or similar event that occurs despite our applying the reasonable safeguards described above. Such an event is treated as a matter outside our reasonable control (a force-majeure event). Any liability that cannot be excluded by law is limited to the fees you paid for the consultation concerned — consistent with our general liability cap.

What we will do if a breach happens (we do not waive this). If a personal-data breach affecting you occurs, we will inform you and the Data Protection Board of India, in the manner the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (§8(6)) requires, and tell you what happened and what you can do. This duty is not waived or limited by anything in this clause, and nothing here removes any right you have under applicable Indian law.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The governing-law city for any dispute is to be confirmed (TBD pending legal review).

10. Seller identity & grievance

Nadi Oracle / Nadi AI is operated by Pratiiksha Raj, trading as a Sole Proprietorship (this is not a private limited company; the operator is the proprietor personally). Tax status: GST is not applicable — the proprietor is not registered for GST; invoices carry PAN CATPP2528R and no GSTIN.
